Peanut butter,




Peanut butter.

Ingredients:
1 - typical bottle of salt free peanuts.
1/4 to 1/3 - cup good extra virgin olive oil
Some people used hot chicken broth instead.

Method:
Optional pan dry the peanuts in a cast iron pan for 10 or so minutes.
In a medium sized food processor add the peanuts and the olive oil.
Grind till pulverized.
Refrigerate. Use within a week (if it lasts that long.)

Fettucine alfredo

Use prepackaged noodles ot make your own.


You can use a knife or a pasta machine to separate the noodles.


Boil the noodles


 Cream cheese and butter mixture


Tada.



Fettucine alfredo

Ingredients:
1 - stick butter
1 - cup heavy cream (or like to use condensed milk)
1 - cup mozzarella cheese
1 - pound fettucine pasta.
    1 - large egg
    olive oil
    salt
    1 - cup whole wheat flour
Pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste.

Method:
Boil the noodles to al dente
Melt and mix cheese, cream, and butter till combined
Add pepper and garlic powder as desired.
Add to noodles.

Variation:
Substituting 3/4 cup half-and-half thickened with (1 tablespoon cornstarch) for 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, we created a lighter alfredo recipe.

Pasta with sage-butter sauce.


Simple pepper butter pasta dish.

Ingredients:
8 to 12  ounces uncooked capellini pasta (angel hair)
6 - turkey bacon strips
1 - gallon water )for boiling noodles)
1 - stick butter (1/2 cup)
1 - teaspoon sage
1 - teaspoon black pepper
1 - slice swiss cheese
1 - dash garlic powder

Method:

Start to boil the water in a large pot.
When boiling, add the dried pasta and cook for several minutes.
In a skillet fry  the bacon strips till semi-crisp, the remove for skillet.
Melt the stick of butter gently.
Add the pepper and sage.
Tear bacon into small pieces and add back to the pan.
Remove the pasta from the water and add to the skillet and toss well.
Tear a slice of swiss cheese and add to the skillet.
Add garlic powder to taste.
Stir well and server while hot.
