Edible salad bowl.


Simple homemade bowl to hold a salad and be the chips also.

Ingredients:

1/2 - cup flour (whole wheat)
1/3 - cup water
1/8 - cup salad oil
1 - teaspoon baking soda
1 - pinch salt



Method:

Mix ingredients.
Let rest.
Roll out ingredients to a large circle.
Take a metal bowl and invert it to set on a baking sheet.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
Place tortilla over bowl.
Place unit in oven for 10-12 minutes until the shell is hard.
Remove from oven.
Remove bowl from tortilla.
